Teaching

I've been teaching at Judge Memorial, a high school in Salt Lake City, since 1986.  I currently teach AP English Language and Composition, New Media, and Photography.  I'm also a doctoral student in educational technology at Michigan State University.

For a number of years now, I've been involved in Youth Voices, a learning community where high school students share, distribute, and discuss their digital work online.

I've been fortunate to collaborate with some very talented teachers I've met through the National Writing Project.  On Wednesday nights I often participate on Teachers Teaching Teachers, a weekly webcast on the EdTechTalk channel of the WorldBridges network.
