In honor of this Wednesday's
50th anniversary of the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom and the famous words delivered that day, I put together a resource to help students appreciate the language of the "
I Have a Dream" speech. Of course the moment in history is significant for many reasons, but I think it's also worthwhile to appreciate the elegance of the words themselves.
It's one thing to say that the speech is powerful, but it's another to identify reasons that account for that power. That's what this lesson is meant to do (
